I believe anyone can sing '500 Miles' in karaoke and get away with it. I believe that by giving people autonomy, mastery and purpose in the work environment, both the company and employee will flourish.

I'm constantly striving to be better, both professionally and as a person, but I remain a work in progress. Having been in the technology industry for over 20 years, I decided it was time to switch things up a little. I've always enjoyed interacting with customers in real-world workshops so when Covid-19 forced a rethink, I decided to work on transitioning those real-world touch points into a virtual space. I now design interactive workshop sessions as part of my role with OpenText using UX techniques, customer journey mapping, empathy mapping and wireframing.
