June 2022 - Present
Lead Customer Success Manager
My time is split between designing innovative Customer Success workshops for our global customer base and managing a number of Enterprise customers around the world. The workshops - designed and built using LucidSpark - form the backbone of our customer engagement strategy. Each one provides a platform for our CSM team across the world to truly understand the needs of their customers. Running virtual sessions, we gather key insights on the challenges, aspirations, business values and metrics our customers consider key to their future success. Everyday I put Design Innovation to work in the real-world.
Fenergo
Feb 2021- May 2022
Partner Success Manager
Scaling a $1 billion company to a $5 billion company requires a strong partner channel. The partner ecosystem in Fenergo required a fresh approach, which means my building processes and artefacts from the ground up.
• Partner On-boarding Process (Get Them In) – I am developing an on-boarding process that includes new selection criteria, updated legal contracts, establishing a partner classification programme and developing a partner governance mechanism.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration (Build Bridges) – Upskilling partners requires input from across the organisation including engineering, Professional Services, Training, and the sales organisation. I am responsible for co-ordinating this effort to ensure a scalable, repeatable experience.

Pathfinders Forest School
June 2018 - Feb 2021
Forest School Leader and Founder
I worked as a Forest School Leader with The Phoenix Forest School in Dublin. Our office was the glorious 1,600 acre Phoenix Park in the heart of the city, the largest walled park in Europe. I taught children and parents bushcraft, survival skills, outdoor cooking using fire, foraging, rope skills and orchestrate and control a general air of playful mayhem. I worked to develop the leaders of the future, who will hopefully one day rescue this planet of ours. The good news is, they are many and our planet will be in good hands.
